1.
Anger Management
This
course enables the parents to understand how to recognise
anger in themselves and strategies they can use to avoid angry
outbursts.
Parents/carers are encouraged to support their children as
they develop ideas and to work together to support each other.
The devastating results of anger are explored as well as helping
adults to help themselves and their children to speak out
in a safe way if it all gets too much. |

Saturday Project - coming soon
This
is a chance for families to work with their children aged
around 8-11 years who display anger and find it difficult
to manage. The time is spent doing art actives and discussions
together around what happens to them and how they might be
able to do something differently, in a fun way.
Afterwards the children have tea and structured or free play
time, while the adults have the hardship of tea in the Haven
and a chance to have a massage.
Very limited spaces are available, however if you are interested,
do contact us as soon as possible |
